Right at Home - Pasadena is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc., a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you. Principals: Bob Hingston and Diane Fortner-Hingston - Working diligently for the Crescenta and San Gabriel Valleys. We firmly believe that, like Right At Home’s Founders, Allen Hager and Terry Hager Meyers, our precious seniors deserve to live independently, securely and joyfully. Guiding us is this basic principal: The desire to give the best care possible to our community, family and friends, stemming from our desire to improve their quality of life…. one client at a time.
Debbie Lewis- Operations Manager - Debbie is 5+ year resident of California having relocated from Grand Rapids, Michigan where she resided for 17 years with her husband and three children. In Grand Rapids, Debbie worked for over 15 years for a large office furniture manufacturer in human resources. If you hear a little southern twang in her voice, she originally hails from Louisiana. After nurturing and caring for three children and her mom, working at Right At Home was a natural transition as it allows her to continue to do what comes naturally, and that is helping people. When she isn’t working at Right At Home, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, and web-camming with her two beautiful grandchildren who live out of state. DeeDee Morales - Staff Coordinator - The warm and cheerful voice that greets caregivers and clients when they call Right At Home of Pasadena, belongs to DeeDee Morales. DeeDee grew up in Whittier, CA. She brings with her over seven years experience in a skilled nursing facility, directing activities for residents. We are confident that when you call us you will feel "right at home" when speaking with DeeDee. Her strong customer service skills shines through to the earpiece in your telephone. DeeDee is a doting caretaker for two loveable cats who are named Stormy (16 years strong) and DeeDee, her 8 year old feline. We are proud to have DeeDee represent us to you when you decide to call for assistance.
The Hingston family is the third generation to be raised in the Crescenta Valley. We are extremely proud of our four adult children, and grandchildren. Bob’s father lives close-by and Diane’s parents live in San Marcos, California. It is our pleasure to help the seniors in the community that we call home, to maintain their desired dignity and the quality of life they deserve. |
